Medieval Christmas Ball

Come join us for the 8th annual His Lordship's Troubadours Christmas Ball!  Revelry and refreshments begin at 5:00 p.m., at the Lodge in Rothwell Park, Moberly.

We are super excited about this year's theme, the Medieval Era, so break out those flowy sleeves, long dresses, and tights!  Even if you wish to come in regular formal attire, remember to wear a jacket or shawl for strapless, or spaghetti strap gowns, and dresses should at least reach the knee.

From music and dancing, to the pageantry and hearty fare of the 14th century, we are sure you will enjoy an evening of memory making moments!  We are always excited to see old friends, meet new friends, and just revel in the merriment of the season, so be sure not to miss this once a year event!

2018 Winter/Spring Schedule

We are ready to get back to dancing!!  Below are the dance dates for the upcoming winter and spring.  Due to venue availability, we will only be able to dance on the 4th Saturday of each month.

2017 Christmas Ball!

We invite you to join us for our 7th annual

Christmas Ball

at 5:00 until 10:00 in the evening.

Tickets purchased prior to December 1st are $12 per person.  All tickets purchased at the door, or after December 1st, are $15 per person.

Our theme is the Nutcracker, so be sure to join us as we spend an evening in the magical land of Nutcrackers, Sugar Plum Fairies, snowflakes, sugar mice, marzipan, and dancing!  This is a formal event for guests 13 years of age, and up.  Please wear an appropriate jacket or shawl over strapless, or spaghetti strap dresses.

All Request Dance!

Help us kick-off summer the right way with our annual All Request Dance!!  At the end of every spring we put you in the driver seat to decide what we dance!  This is such a fun way to end our winter/spring dances, and we would love to have you join us!

Troubadour Derby Dance!

You are cordially invited to join us for our first ever Derby Dance!

Known as "The Most Exciting Two Minutes In Sports", the Kentucky Derby is the longest continuously running sports event in America.  With horses such as McCraken, Irish War Cry, and Always Dreaming set to begin their bid for the Triple Crown, this exciting event is the perfect time to celebrate with some dancing, finery, and food!  And of course, one cannot forget the legendary hats!

So, whether you wish to come casual, or dressed in your best afternoon tea attire, we would love to have you join the fun!

When: Saturday, May 6th

Time: 4:00 - 9:30 p.m.

   Maybe if we pretend we are in Hawaii, the outdoors will take our cue, and turn the thermostat up.... Or we can just lace up our dancing shoes, and get the blood moving!  In that case, you are invited to join us for dance this Saturday in Centralia!
